Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dripcache.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on DripCache. If you are under 18, you may only make purchases with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Products and Pricing

All prices on DripCache are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham). We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith — actual collectible items, sealed boxes, and blind bags are sold as-described without guarantee of specific contents unless explicitly stated.

DripCache operates as an authorised seller under a DED Trader ecommerce licence in Dubai, UAE. All products are genuine and sourced through legitimate distribution channels.

Orders and Payment

DripCache currently accepts Stripe card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and Cash on Delivery for orders within the UAE. By submitting an order, you authorise DripCache to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.

Orders are subject to availability. DripCache reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including orders made in bad faith, for resale at inflated prices, or that exceed reasonable quantities for personal use.

Shipping and Delivery

DripCache delivers within the UAE via Jeebly, our local delivery partner. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days depending on your emirate. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. DripCache is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

A flat delivery fee of 25 AED applies to orders under 500 AED. Orders of 500 AED or above qualify for free delivery within the UAE.

The DripCache brand, logo, and original site content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, DripCache shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. DripCache operates under a DED Trader (Department of Economic Development) ecommerce licence in Dubai.
