RETURNS & REFUNDS

Right to Return

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 24 of 2006), customers have the right to return sealed, unopened collectible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all original packaging intact.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Sealed and unopened in original packaging
• Unused and undamaged
• Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days. Refunds are issued in AED to your original payment method (credit/debit card or Cash on Delivery where applicable).

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or unsealed collectibles
• Chase variant figures (opened or confirmed pull)
• Items damaged due to buyer mishandling
• Limited edition drops from The Vault once unsealed
• Items without original packaging, a receipt, or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@dripcache.shop with the subject line “Return Request — [Your Order Number]”. Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos or videos of the item in its current condition

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was received defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. In such cases, DripCache will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping within the UAE.
