REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for a Refund

DripCache accepts returns of sealed, unopened collectible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all original packaging intact. See our full Returns & Refunds page for details on what qualifies.

Refund Timelines

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds are issued in AED to your original payment method (card or Cash on Delivery order, where applicable). Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@dripcache.shop with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Order Number]”, including your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or unsealed collectibles
• Chase variant figures (opened or confirmed pull)
• Items damaged due to buyer mishandling
• Limited edition drops from The Vault once unsealed
• Items without original packaging, a receipt, or proof of purchase
