• Process and fulfil your orders, including arranging UAE delivery via Jeebly
• Send order confirmations and shipping updates via email (Resend)
• Respond to customer service enquiries
• Improve our products, website experience, and drop scheduling
• Notify you about Vault drops and restocks if you have opted in

We will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage and Security

DripCache takes data security seriously. Your data is stored on secure servers and protected using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and handle all personal data in accordance with its requirements.

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe and are encrypted using TLS. DripCache does not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate DripCache. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — Payment processing (card payments). Stripe may retain transaction data per their own policies.
• Jeebly — UAE local delivery. Your shipping name and address are shared with Jeebly to fulfil orders.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery. Your email address is used to send order confirmations and shipping updates.

Cookies

DripCache uses session cookies to maintain your shopping cart and authentication state. These cookies are essential for the site to function and are not used for advertising or tracking across other websites. No third-party analytics cookies are used at this time.

Your Rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data

Data Retention

Order data is retained for a minimum of 5 years for legal, tax, and accounting compliance purposes as required under UAE law. Account data may be deleted upon request, subject to these retention obligations.
